I walked into this dog treat shop without my pup — I was just checking it out because it’s next door to the hair salon where I was getting my hair done — and I ended up witnessing one of the most genuine acts of kindness I’ve seen in a long time. David was talking with another customer who mentioned having a daughter, and David shared about his own daughter. Without hesitation, he gave that customer one of his daughter’s old toys — just out of pure generosity. No show, no expectation, no “look at me.” Just authentic kindness. There’s something powerful about witnessing kindness even when you’re not the recipient. It genuinely uplifts the room. I wasn’t involved at all, yet it showed me exactly the kind of person David is — real, caring, and deeply genuine. That moment alone made me feel like I could trust him with my dog. Energy matters, and his is solid. He also has total Jim from The Office vibes — warm, approachable, and effortlessly kind. If you care about who you’re trusting with your pet, this is the kind of human you want to support.

You can tell right away the staff truly love dogs, which makes me feel totally comfortable leaving my pups there for their full groom. They come out looking great every time.
